Before I was wiring up n8n workflows and AI chatbots, I was the person on site diagnosing hardware faults and keeping copiers, PCs, and customers running.
So I build automations the way a field technician thinks: assume something will break, and design the fix before it does. That shows up today as systems built on n8n, APIs, AI models, and cloud tools that improve efficiency without adding headcount.
